An account isn't needed to make a purchase on this website. 

Is this site safe to purchase from? 
All payments are processed via Paypal, this is one of the most trusted payment sites available. Paypal uses a high level of encryption to keep all your sensitive information protected. 

Do I need a Paypal account to purchase from this store? 
A Paypal account isn't needed to make a purchase from this store. However, if you already have a Paypal account then this can be used as your payment method. 

Do you ship internationally? 
At this moment in time we only ship to UK residents. We apologise for any inconvenience. 

Do you offer next day delivery? 
No we don't. At the moment we offer second class delivery using Royal Mail. 

When will the orders be shipped? 
We send out orders from Monday - Saturday excluding public holidays. 

How long will the delivery of my order take? 
Orders to the UK should take approximately 3-10 days. 

What is your exchange/return policy? 
Your satisfaction is very important to us. We can offer you either a full exchange or a full refund although the product must me in the exact same condition as it was when purchased. All of our products are checked to ensure the quality meets expectations before delivery. However we dont unfortunately cover any return postage costs.
